October is here! Which means we are getting ready for all things spooky. The girls are so excited for everything Halloween, from picking out their costumes to the pumpkin patch they just cannot wait! A rainy day messed up our weekend pumpkin patch plans but what better way to save this day than some Halloween crafts!
Watercolor Spider Webs
All you need for this cute project is some painters tape, paint, and paper (we did ours on some canvas we had laying around).

First I started by putting the painters tape on our canvas's to create our webs. Our canvas's were pretty small so I cut the painters tape long ways into quarters. This was pretty time consuming so next time I probably will plan ahead and have this done before I tell the girls my plans because they were very impatient.
Next I set the girls up with some watercolors! Watercolors are great for littles because they wipe up so easily off of the table and chairs, but you can use any kind of paint you have!
And finally just peel the tape off and draw on a cute little spider! Because we used watercolors the paint did bleed under the tape a little, but they still look amazing!
This Watercolor spider web definitely saved our rainy day and was such an easy project to put together and do! And while the girls were busy I got to work on a different project for Everett!
